Umm, template is wrong, The renders are ok but badly placed, you didnt even cut out that bear type thing... the logo is too small... No DEV logo... background is plain. 1/5...
But as its your first ... meh...

This is... not good. This is just a copy-and-paste, looked down upon in the VGB community. You need to use a background, use transparencies...
