The title is kinda to read, since it's too light. Maybe a darker colour. The ersb and the Sega logo seem a tad big.

the picture is stretched, you could have at least made a good logo, the ESRB is too big, template doesnt look right, sorry; i dont like this much

#4 If you dont use templates then you might aswell just give up box making forever!!
And im sorry but "I cant find any" is not an excuse!! What do you think google is for? And you have been on this site long enough to know about the forums where they have a large selection of templates, logos and other stuff you need for a good box. I suggest you check them out.

#6, why there's a whole photobucket page with logos, templates. and there's even whole template threads in the fourms (e.g. Techne's Template O-Rama)

I dont like it. You need good templates. And my very first was better than this. It could be cool if you now had effects, good templates and didnt strech it.
