i think you should make the logo bigger and make the front more interesting, also cut the logo out unless thats how the logo is supposed to be, i think the top picture would be good for the cover...not both, but edit it a bit,maybe put some motion blur on the ball or the hand, stuff like that. always keep in mind that its the little things that count, you have not ESRB logo, no dev logos and the game logo is all the way at the bottom.i know its alot but those are the steps to get good.

The logo should be moved, also add ESRB/PEGI ratings and some dev logos. What is the logo anyways? The official one in the topright or the one you made? The renders aren't really good either.

Lot's of things to improve!

That guy at the bottom really freaks me out, you need to blend the images and i would move the logo up to the middle to hide the join of the 2 images.
