allthough it's great, and i adore it, i really dislike the stroke on the front. i wish big daddy blended in some more, and perhaps have something over the background, so that it looks more as if he's coming out of the background.
the back is amazing :D

It's supposed to look as if there is a hole in the wall. I think it worked quite well. (Meh, you're entitled to your opinion)
Hmm, perhaps you could make it so the Big Daddy's drill is popping out of the hole (just render the tip and put it over the wall thing). I would make it look more like he was actually coming out.

Your "hole in the wall" technique would probably look better if you removed the stroke and added a drop shadow from the wall onto the big daddy.
