do you have photoshop? if you do, copy the logo and apply filter > blur > gaussian blur - 2.8. then put that layer behind the normal logo and the effect should be pretty cool.

#5, He is not my favourite haha, I wasn't old enough to see how good he was in the old days so he's just another manager to me. Love José though, he's just a legend lol.
