I don't like the title because there's already been a GTA on PSP.

There should be more images and less black.

I do love the template. I give this a 3/5 for effort.

Almost great, I pretty liked the logo you made and the temp is good to me too.

The only problem is what TwistedTinkerToy said: should be more images and less black on the background.

I give a 3/5

Edit: It would be good with a back cover too.
