I agree w/#3. And like #4, wth is it M!? But like the cracked Dragon Ball. But you can't see a hair! The hair is one of the most best parts!

It's okay. But I would suggest adding a background. Black doesn't suit very well. Also, there needs to be more red around the Atari logo. Why is it it rated mature? It should be rated teen. If you change the background, Super Saiyan 4 Goku and Vegeta's hair would become more noticeable. A bit plain for my tastes. 3/5. I think you need a FUNimation logo.
