It's alright. There could be a better background and Master Chief/Helghast could be blended with the back.
Ok, on the whole it's not bad, especially for a first box. I'll give you some pointers.
The ESRB logo should be a little bit bigger and moved out of the corner a bit more. Also, the publisher (Microsoft) is on the right and the developer (bungie) in the middle. It also needs a NTSC or PAL logo in the top right corner.
I can see that you aren't bad with images, there aren't any n00b mistakes here.
A Halo vs. Killzone game that is published by Microsoft, made by Bungie and exclusive to 360.. that wouldn't provide a bias view at all would it.. >.>
