For your first box it's fine. The background doesn't really fit, if you want stars in the background try having a large foreground, and don't make them so big and bright. The logo is alright, albeit a bit dark. It needs Developer logos, an ESRB logo and (althought not required) a PAL/NTSC logo. For your first box 4/5.
