Pretty nice but I think you have overdone the effects. I mean does the hexagon pattern have any significance with the game?

I like the design you have going but i feel there is too much empty space specifically the black on the bottom on the front. I also don't like the hexagons. Plus what's with the two barcodes on the back? Other than that, it looks pretty slick.

#12 - Yes i see black space on the official one and it's not a gaping maw of emptiness as is with yours. You don need to fill every space with "action". It just comes across to me as if you didn't plan out your design fully.
A suggestion i would give is to have part of Marcus' lower body visible and subtly fade it into the black or incorporate your hexagonal design. Sorry if this seems nitpicking.

Even though the hexagons don't really suit the style of the game, you implemented them nicely. Personally I would've kept the "nightmare from..." title straight or very slightly tilted to the left.
