I took a break from playing nothing but Uncharted 2 since I've been playing Demon's Souls more and more again. Borderlands should be arriving soon as well and that's gonna suck up my time.

Seems we are all taking a break from non-stop Uncharted, by the time we start playing it again more people should have it.

It is a good start for beginners, but if you want to get the most out of it, play the first one on PS2. That is, if you have a PS2. I mean, it's kind of a no brainer... but I've been playing the series since the first one game out back in '02, and it's my favourite game series, possibly of all time.

Yeah, R&C is awesome and definately one of my fave series from the past generation or so but still, to me nothing will come to close to jak 2 and 3

Agreed. I like R&C but no ratchet game can touch jak 2.
