@Whoomp: How's Astonishia Story? I saw it on my local game store for a cheap price and I'm thinking of getting it.

I have only played an hour so far but if you like SNES-era S-RPGs this is pretty much like them when it comes to the lackluster way of telling a story and presenting character. Though, that is pretty much what AS is since the original version is from 94 which both the graphics and sound also strongly hints at. Personally I find it quite cozy and the battles are quick and fun. It also have an kick ass Korean pop anime-intro.

@Mehdi: I hope that game will be good. I wasn't a big fan of the last Prince of Persia game.

Me neither, it started off well but towards the end I found it a real bore to complete. Loved the artstyle though.

Same here, though watching the latest preview videos from GameTrailers that said the game was much more like the Sands of Time games gave me some more hope it was better, though i'm certain it is. I hated the '08 game.

Damn, I loved the '08 game It was a dreath of fresh air from the deeply violent and depressing Sands of Time trilogy.

That's exactly what i mean, it wasn't Prince of Persia, it was just some weak non-related game branded with the Prince of Persia title, there wasn't even a "Prince" of Persia in it C'mon fighting one enemy at the time every ten minutes or something?

The fighting was really bad but I thought the platforming sections were great.

Yeah, it just felt empty to me.

It was basically the same thing again and again, enter a section, activate middle segment, go to next area, repeat, with a boss fight added in every once in a while.

As for PoP:TFS, I really don't know. The first level is almost identical to that of the Sands of Time and the whole thing just looks like a rushed job.

And of course, my loss of hope in Ubisoft because of their retardation to the PC community.

My main gripe with that game was that it was just too friggin' easy.

Oh yes. I loved that game, especially the beginning. While there was no combat, it was thrilling and atmospheric. It was good when you started getting weapons too, but just not the same.

I wish more Cthulhu games were made =(

Bought these awhile ago, and bought this today, a game I've been looking for for awhile now:

Also ADFD, nice find with call of Cthulhu, I still want to play that one.

    EDIT: Another purchase:

Now I just need Two Thrones.
