HOLD UP THE TRAIN. I haven't really followed the 360 models very well but I'm guess the "Arcade model" is the 20 GB, am I right? Correct me if I'm wrong.

The Arcade version has no hard drive, but it does contain a memory card and you get like 5 free Xbox Live Arcade games.
Its a pretty good deal for people that dont download alot of stuff like demos, videos, music...etc

Okay, thanks man. If we got the Arcade version we'd probably put like a 60 GB hard drive in it anyways, so it'd be pretty good.

That said, the HDDs are still pretty overpriced. I assume Microsoft will drop the price for them a lot by next Fall though.

well the 20GB HDD costs $89.99, so the arcade + 20GB HDD would cost $289.98. you could just buy the 60GB 360 instead for $299.
