it looks good, but i see it as more of a collector's edition, and make the logo stand out way more, it shouldn't be faded

Its a good start. I would say that the grate texure looks a little washed out, if you are in photoshop try a different blending mode. As Brettska said the logo needs to be a little more prominent and I would consider working on a back.
