It's not "solid evidence". Plenty of people here have less-than-satisfactory grammar, and even avatars/usernames suggesting pre-adolescents are at the helm. There's a whole lot of "sonicfan144" or whatever around here who could easily be of age (and I assume a good majority of them are, hence still being here).

It's not my position to guess peoples age like some sideshow carny. There are plenty of registered users here who abuse grammar, have something related to Sonic or Pokemon as part of their username, and are well over 15.

I've admitted the picture is incriminating, but for now, I don't feel comfortable banning him on those ground alone. If he messes up, don't worry, I'll get him. If he minds his P's and Q's and avoids raising my ire, then he'll be fine. If you guys come across something that states he is in fact under 13, and you can link it back to his profile here, than the same fate will befall him as did Ronthis the Werewolf earlier.
