Those threads weren't news though, they were incoherent and really couldn't be understood as a post, much less a thread.
I explained to him through PM why his thread was deleted after he asked, and he responded with "There will be a lot of threads". It was his intention to post several spam threads in the Game Discussion sub-forum, and it was quite clear when they were posted a minute or so apart and contained those incoherent threads. He will return in 3 days.
That depends on how you define what makes sense to you. Looking at the threads you quoted, each had the potential for interesting discussion. I probably would have contributed to the first, describing why I find the gaming industry so appealing. I might not have shown any interest in the other two, but it's not as if I should decide what other members post as long as it pertains to the "Gaming Discussion" moniker.
Deiviuxs may have been harboring resentment over The World of Gaming being closed, but it's not as if the threads he posted didn't have some potential. The format he used in posting them is identical to those within the World of Gaming.

There is a difference in treating someone equally and banning someone for a minuscule problem. Makes me wonder if you have a problem with him.
If you are going to reopen the threads (the reason he was banned) then you should unban Deiviuxs. Can't do one and not the other.
This isn't very fair for SP. He's the mod. It's his job to ban people when they break the rules. "There will be a lot of threads" is clearing showing that it was Deiviuxs' intention to spam in protest to his thread being deleted. I would have done exactly as SP did. Besides, most of your arguments are based on opinions (whether or not Deiviuxs was intending to spam, or if he deserved a warning, etc.).
It's only a 3-day ban, it's not like Deiviuxs can't handle it. If anything, this is probably a good thing for him. I'd probably want to take a 3-day break if I were in Deiviuxs' position.
