I'm complaining about Reed going on a power-hungry rampage through the forumns, not people breaking rules. Just like when we spammed the forums a week ago, we got what we had coming. I have a problem with the way reed handles the forumns and how he mroe or less destroyed the forumns in one foul swoop.

Someone was banned for using a derogatory word, a rule that has been in effect since the site's inception. As for the off-topic comments, that's... essentially how forums work.

We wanted a moderator who didn't ban people for making jokes and who responds to your posts rather than just deleting them. This is too much.

If you won't have the decency and respect to at least follow the rules he EXPLICITLY stated in the "What's going on" thread, then he absolutely does not need to respond to your comments.

I was following. HE brought up the subject and I replied to him. IT WAS RELEVANT. Otherwise if my response was 'Off Topic' then so was what he was saying because it was related.

He was re-stating the rules that Hunter posted, end of story. There was no need for you to reply to that subject, hence why your posts were deleted. If you wanted to contact him about that, then you could have accomplished that through other means.

We want an admin/mod that keeps up with the site, but also respects the true spirit of VGBA. I didn't hear anyone complaining when Reed was fitting that role. Then he turned power-hungry. He's locking threads and deleting posts left and right, and banning people for things that no one gave a shit about a year ago. I'm a bit hurt that you guys are just watching the carefree, easy-going side of VGBA turn into exactly what I was running from when I came here. Maybe it's just me. Maybe I'm the only one who found the limited rules and restrictions here refreshing. But, I mean, come on. Reed is deleting posts that are going off-topic IN THE FUCKING OFF TOPIC SECTION. How is that not ridiculous?

Ok then. The rules have been relaxed ever since Drakxxx and LK stopped moderating the forums. Now that Reed is back moderating, it's not ok to go by the rules that have been posted since the beginning?

Yes, congrats wasting time finding some examples of missed deleted posts/bans in a forum of 500,000 posts? Maybe you should report them instead.
