Default Which old game system brings back the best memories

I would have to say Sega genesis because it got me into gameing and i got it as a free gift from my cousin of mine back in 1997. I remember playing all those classic games i enjoy as a kid like Sonic the Hedgehog, Toy Story, Lion King, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Hyperstone Heist, Toe Jam & Earl, Jurassic Park, Spider-Man & Venom: Maximum Carnage, Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine and Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle and a few other games i have that i don't remember. I also remember playing Mortal Kombat II on the genesis at a friend house and it was so cool riping people heads off!

N64. Super Mario 64, Ocarina of Time, StarFox 64, Mario Kart 64, Paper Mario. How could it not bring back the memories?

SNES, for sure....many classics on it, and the gameplay of most classics is simple and pure.

Oh i forgot about the PS1 and N64. I still remember when i got a PS1, it was X-mass gift back in 1998 and i had great times with it. I have many fond memories playing games like Medievil, Digimon world 1-3, Final Fanatasy 7, Metal Gear Solid, Rampage World Tour, Spyro The Dragon, Twisted Metal (I didn't own it but i play it at my friend house and it was awesome), Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver, Dino Crisis, Chrono Cross, Gex and some other games as well.

For my N64, i had great times with that thing and no other system had such great mutiplayer at the time. Mario 64, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Mortal Kombat 4, Super Smash Bros, Golden Eye, Mario Party 1-3, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2, Pokemon Snap, Turok: Dinosaur Hunter, Pokémon Stadium 1-2 which ruled my childhood. I remember Resdient Evil 2 creep the shit out of me when i was 8 or 9!

Also, does anyone else remember the Comodore 64? I didnt have one for long (a friend gave it to us) but I remember loving it and playing it everyday! There was this really cool Scooby Doo game for it at the time. I guess you bunch of 13 and 15 year olds dont remember the early years of gaming, like the pre-SNES era.

    Such great childhood memories...

Ocarina of time - My mom and I used to play it a lot! She beat it twice.
Majora's Mask - Frustrating as heck and my least favorite Zelda game, yet I remember watching my mom play and having fun.
Donkey Kong 64 - My mom's file was better than mine...
Banjo Kazooie - Gosh, I love this game
Banjo Tooie - Just as good as the original
Yoshi Story - My mom and I used to play this all the time
Turok - My dad and I would play this on occasion. I don't remember much but having fun with him
Pokemon Puzzle League -One of those fun, little memories
Pokemon Snap - I remember playing this with friends
Pokemon Stadium - I LOVED this game. A friend form church and I played this a lot. We alwayes jused Jinx. Never got the 2nd one.
Paper Mario - My cousin helped me beat this. It was a lot of fun!

    Followed by the PS1...

Spyro the Dragon - Oh my gosh. What a great game with great memories!
Spyro, Year of the Dragon - Also good memories! Loved the game.
Crash Bandicoot Warped - One of those games I sorta remember but liked

I'm surprised no one mentioned the original NES yet. Brings back a lot of good memories. SMB3, Crystallis, Legend of Zelda, TMNT2, and even the first FF game just to name a few.

Other than that, I'm also gonna have to say the ps1. So many amazing games to even list here.

I know a lot of us weren't around for the original NES. I grew up on N64.

SEGA Genesis. It was the first thing I saw when they brought me home from the hospital. Like, no joke. "What do you want to show the baby?" "SEGA Genesis!"
