SEGA's website, they had it in a background pic, but it was taken down. I snagged it in time to render it.

In my opinion, it doesnt look good having the same character twice next to each other. You wouldnt put Super Sonic and Sonic next to each other so why should his other form be different?

I think werehog is more like sonic's "dark side", so I think it fits perfect on the cover. It's the same thing with spiderman and symbiote spiderman for example. same person but different attitude, whereas super sonic is the same like normal sonic but stronger (same goes for fire mario).

Thats not really correct because Werehog is still a good character fighting against Eggman and his monsters so it wouldn't really be a "dark side". A "dark side" means it shows the darker side of a character, but Werehog is still trying to save the world and be a hero....etc so you know...

No, one of the guys who is in the team making the game talked about Werehog in the interview. Changing into Werehog has no change on Sonic's objective, it just gives the player a whole new way to control certain sections of the levels.

oh well, I haven't seen the interview but than the whole wherehog thing is really fucked up imo. they should have made him fluffy bear sonic instead.

Take out the wolf sonic and put Knuckles an tails, and you'll have a great box.
