Also Soundwave after reviewing your request i think thats expecting a little much for someone to do all of that i mean first i would have to render a dragon pic (a very lq one by the way) then find a matching stock to put it on and then after that blend them together then finally start making the sig out of it.

size 13 soft brush but i only smudged on one layer on that banner so i think your looking at the wave, ripple, and ocean ripple feature...
