The NEW Sonic Unleashed Thread

I think there was an old thread for this, but it's definately dead by now.

So, this game looks like itwill made of OMG. I was seriously smiling hard when I saw the new trailer for it... it looks beautiful and SO fun.

Currently my... fifth most anticipated game of 08 at the moment. That trailer looked awesome, it's nice to see a Sonic console game that does what Sonic was made to do, not fucking about trying to save a dumb princess. The only thing that's bothering me right now is the whole werewolf thing, sounds stupid IMO. I wouldn't mind some supporting characters but no new ones. Sega have already whored new characters like Silver and Blaze who were never even good characters in the first place. Also Eggman needs to be the final boss of the game... it's always some huge machine of his gone out of control or something. Eggman Nega included.

i think no matter how good this game is SA2 will be better.

The whole wearwolf thing dosn't appeal to me but the overall game looks awsome.

Only Sonic and WearSonic have been confirmed as playable characters. Knuckles and Tails will deffo be in the game but nobody knows if they are playable.... there is some good news though, Silver WONT BE APPEARING IN THE NEW GAME!! YIPPIE

I hope Shadow is in this game. But I also hope he wont have a gun cause thats pretty stupid cause if sonic can fight without weapons so can shadow.

Im gonna take a wild guess and say Shadow, Amy and Rouge deffinately will be in the game. They may not be playable or even have big roles, but im pretty certain they will make an appearence somewhere throughout the game.

Shadow is one of the fan's most popular characters so him appearing in the game is almost a dead cert.

The Wii version might not have great graffic, but SEGA works hard on it, taking advantage of all controllers (Wiimote,Nunchuck,Classic controller and GC controller) and add extra levels.
And I have read somewhere (IGN or somewhere) that Sonic must save the world himself.
So there probuably wont be any more playable characters.

even if Shadow's in the game, he won't be using guns, weapons and speed don't go together in a side-scroller
thank god Silver's not returning, man he was annoying...
basically everything about this game is going to kick ass, except the werewolf thing.
