Sweet, reminds me alot of the the first two games (Prince of Persia and Prince of Persia 2: The Shadow and the Flame) before the modern trilogy.
I actually hope they'd model it after The Shadow and the Flame as that game really defined PoP for me. The birdmen were in The Two Thrones, but no flying horse...
Also, while I dig the cel shaded look, I also have my doubts on it. But as long as it doesn't end up like PoP 3D...we've nothing to worry about.Last edited by Ladykiller; 05-25-2008 at 08:45 PM.

meh, i always disliked the POP series (seriously... TSoT isn't that good) so I doubt i'll get this game, and I've never been too big on cel-shading anyway (Zelda WW, Simpsons movie, etc.)

That figures. I just finished a box for this game yesterday and called it Prince of Persia: Prodigy, but now here I am finding out that it's called Prince of Persia: Heir Apparent.

it looks pretty sweet to me. a cross between okami and assassin's creed. sounds good to me. the gameplay also sounds pretty sweet. the enemies are actually going to be a challenge this time around.
