    I agree with some of what you said...I do love Nirvana though. I didn't get into FF until after I got into Nirvana, oddly enough.

    Post-grunge is pretty cool, but there are lots and lots of terrible bands in there, too. Grunge only had like 5 bands anyone cared about (or even knew), whereas post-grunge has tons but a lot of them suck/sold out.

    Wolves of the Sea - Alestorm (Pirates of the Sea cover)

    It would be so awesome, if they played this live at some kind of festival as an encore, and had the entire crowd sing along. That'd be epic. According to Metal Hammer, 873 people dressed up as pirates at Hammerfest (Alestorm were playing)... O_o

    Wasn't the whole grunge scene fully endorsed by MTV in the 90's?
