Cutting a logo-Ninja

Wow I havent made a request in a long time. Can some one cut this logo out for me including those lil rust things?

i was going to but it's hard to keep the rust. what i suggest is that you make your box, and then have a black color behind the logo so you dont really have to cut it out. like get a big fat paint brush with faded edges and make it roughly the same shape of the logo.

You can cut out the rust actually, All I really need is the logo.
