    Default DUEL!!!! Star89er vs. Kirbylore

ok, here's another duel, this time, I'm in it, so here goes.

the contest was games from characters that are in any three super smash bros, and it had to be on the N64. here are the rules:

    - Every vote must have a explanation. It cannot be like "I vote for this guy's box because it looks better." Any vote that does not follow this rule will be ignored until it is changed to fit this rule.

    - You may not bash other users' boxes for no reason.

Star's : Nice, looks colourfull. The front is pretty good and the back is pretty nice. But I'd say that the bottom bullet was unneeded. Plus, the screen placement looks unproffessional.

Kirby's : This does,'t make me want to buy it. It doesn't really looks like a MGS game. The front is way too busy with too many characters. And this Red and White background... Oh... It looks like a cartoon. You can do WAY better...

    My vote goes to Star89er

    Cool

    My Vote goes to Star89er

Reasons: Although after the Royal Rumble comp., the mario 64 box theme has been used enough, it's still a good looking N64 box.. the front could be mistaken for a proper retail.. and although I don't like the strutting Mario image (would have preferred other characters), it's nicely put together.
The actual MGS64 images are fab... no negatives of choice there... however, the two main points that catches my eye when I first see it is the red/white stripes, and the use of that 'fancy' font on the back -- neither of which suit MGS IMO. I use that font for writing certain letters. Also, it would have be nice to have some screen shots on the back, especially as the back heading states "NEW 3D ACTION!" but doesn't show it.

    Both good boxes however

Star89er. It looks hellofficial, and he did a good job in keeping with a constant theme. Kirbylore's is kind of disappointing, and like everyone else said, it doesn't really feel like an MGS game. It looks too cartoony.
