Most of us use Photoshop or Gimp.
And do you know how many internet laws you are breaking for typing too many exclamation points? It'll make you look bad.

Agreed with Nerdy, but if, to some point, you aren't able to use Gimp or Photoshop, either try alternatives like Paint.net or the last resort....Paint.
