What are the Annual Video Game Box Art Awards?

Since 2006, when PunisherAB created it, they’ve been a yearly event that recognizes excellent box art making. With PunisherAB’s permission, this year it’ll be hosted by E_G, with valuable banners and support by Shadysaiyan.

How does it work?

There are categories that people can vote for. I'll obtain all the information about what nominations you want, for both boxes and artists. I'll accept most votes that are made, and in two weeks, the final nominations will be available and you can vote for the overall winners via PM.

Rules
We want this ceremony to be fair. You cannot vote for yourself and alternate accounts will not be allowed for you to do this. Anyone from this site can vote and can choose who they want, as long as you’ve been here longer than two weeks. Remember the awards can't always go your way, and trouble causers may have their posts removed.

Please note that these boxes must be made this year, and please consider the box artists who made them. Also linking will help.

I think we should have to pm/e-mail you our choices so no one can mad at anyone else for any reason 'cause some people probably think they deserve a spot and if people don't vote for them they'll get mad and whatever. Please have 5 nominations in each category so it's more accurate. I think voting in the thread will keep the thread active, that's important. I'll make a rule against those individuals who try to insult others for not voting for them. Really though please send me suggestions in PM so I can collect votes more easily.
