    Exclamation Poster design help

    hi i want to create a cover and i need to create a poster for it
    i want it to be like mafia 3 cover (the front part) like this
    can any one help me how to design it ?

    the first problem is how to put the pictures with each other and they dont get ruind
    which mod should i use ?
    and the pictures iam using are cropeed by myself and some of them was created by myself and the colors and shadows and these stuff doesnt match if i can solve these problems most of my problems in PS is over.

    Use whatever blend mode suits the design best. For example, if you have a light image in front you want to put over a darker image behind (Like the smaller characters in the shadow of the big head in the top left of the Mafia cover) you use screen. If you're putting a darker image on a lighter image, then multiply. For all other cases either just use the normal blend mode with a transparency gradient.

    For the mix and match problem, honestly an easy solution is increase the contrast a lot, and lower the saturation for each image like the Mafia cover, which helps cover the differences between them. As you can see as well on the Mafia cover, the lighting is all over the place but it doesn't look too bad.

    I'd use a lot of mask layers to do this, if you need help how to manage masks on layers, I believe any tutorial regarding the subject on the internet will help. If not, we can always help you through here.

    This is the thing i am working on
    and i want
    1)the cigar look shiny and (somethin like a lighten cigar like real life)
    2)the shade in the guys face (some part dark and the part that is lightened by the cigars light)

    please help

    For the light cast on the character, filter -> render -> lighting effects and fiddle with the settings.
