Undead Nightmare is great, I recommend hunting down all of the Horses of the Apocalypse so that you receive the Blood Pacts for all 4 of them. It takes a while, but it's worth it.
As for the Sasquatch....how could you????? You evil, evil man.....

Yeah I already got Pestilence and War. How do you get their Blood Pacts though? You don't need them alive to get them, right? Pestilence is long gone and War is dead, so I hope not.

No, they do not need to be alive (War fell of a bridge, R.I.P) , just make sure you find them all. Find famine, then get Death by either finding him yourself, or by beating the Undead Nightmare campaign. Once you have Death, you complete a challenge in which you must kill each kind of Zombie with Death (pretty easy considering, much like war sets zombies on fire, Death makes their heads explode), once you do this challenge you'll get the blood pacts to the horses.

Dry Dry Desert was a BITCH to get through. I died three times trying to make it past, and the ruins weren't any better.
