I know what he means, he probroley thinks that this is a site that has a program embedded in the site to make boxarts; so he clicks a "start" button and all his materials are presented before him to make a box.

Thats not how it works, boxarts are made using programs your computer can have such as; Paintshop pro X, Photoshop, Gimp (which is free) and other programs, dont use paint.
