    Question 3D Boxes (with Polls)

I'm wondering, I saw this program posted by Gunslinger

    http://www.imandix.com/enu/coverinfo.htm

And I thought to myself, who really uses this program to make their boxart 3D?

'cause I can't use imandix, due to that it's not compatible with MAC. (and I have an the new Macbook{the Black one}) I use Photoshop to make my boxarts 3D.

So my question is: Do you use Imandix or Photoshop to make the boxart look 3D?

I sometimes use IMAX so I do not having trouble flipping and cutting layers into a 3d template in normal Photoshop, I’m quite good at turning any blurriness into extra thickness which can make the box look shinier and smoother.

I’m decent at resizing while keeping away loads of bad blocky pixels; also it seems more natural when it comes to flattening out the box instead of flipping the angles on different parts of the box to get into a 3D looking position.

The program can sometimes do wonders for boxes and when it doesn’t I will not use it. So for people who have trouble destroying bad pixels, IMAX may not be for you even with how quick it is.

I do all of the design and artwork in Photoshop. I then save the flattend layers as a .TIF and bring it into that 3D program. It's a lot easier than trying to do the 3D in Photoshop manually. I guess it would be easy if you took the flattend artwork and used the 'Vanishing Point' filter.

I use Photoshop to design a 2D cover (the texture). Then I upload it into the IMANDIX...
You can design a 3D box in Photoshop too, but it would be harder...
