Not bad for a start, it looks pretty clear cut and such, at least in my opinion.

But, there's a few things to take into account.
1) What makes this more eye-catching than the actual box art? It's a rhetorical question that you have to answer. Think about it and think, what could be done to make it better? (The title right in the middle could be fixed, but that's up to you. I feel like it would be better also to make the focus on the Spartan more centered.)
2) Where's Master Chief? He's on the cover of every Halo game because he's the protagonist, after all.
3) The Rating should probably be modified.
