Anyone ever played Skylanders Spyro's Adventure? I have it for the Wii, and my friend has it for the PS3.

I think it's a great idea, but I don't see what the Hell it has to do with Spyro.

I saw the advert for it recently, and I think it's not a very cost-effective way to have fun.
You spend lots of money on a game and a machine which reads in figures you buy to improve your gameplay (I'm not certain buying figures does anything but I can see them sticking in some random special abilities to justify the cost of some figures).
