Oh wow, please, don't scrap this! This is really good! It could use some work, but I really love it!

For starters, I'd recommend better placement for the screenshots. Maybe move the render of Connor to the left a bit and move the screenshot group up. (and use screenshots from the actual game :P) Other than that, you should maybe make the colors more flashy, like raise the saturation or something. It looks pretty bland.

I hate the back, probably going to completely restart that, and I'm debating on whether I should add a border or not, because I'm afraid it will be to similar to my last AC3 box...

I was just about to say, I think a good gray would be good. Maybe they could have some sort of red highlight?

This is looking really good now! I think something should go in the bottom left corner of the back though, its a little empty.
