I feel like you should continue the top quote onto the bottom. I do not know if there is more to it, though.

If it were my box I would just add the legal information and call it good, but I know that's not your thing so maybe just bring everything on the back down to the center? I like the way it looks though.

I love the concept, but not the fact it is black and white.
Did you tried to use the Mass Effect font for the title? Could be interesting.
