Although I could care less about these super heroes, I've got a strong feeling the artist/artists which have made these covers, were heavily inspired by Saul Bass (the man responsible for a couple great movie title sequences) which art style I might happen to like very much

Damn, I imagine that isn't cheap. The designs are pretty cool, more effort and creativity than I would have imagined put forth.

$220 for the set :0 definitely isn't cheap, would be cheaper to buy each movie individially...but dat tesseract.

It isn't actually selling for $220, most stores are selling it at a range from a 110 to a 140 dollars. The $220 price is just the advised retail price, which is pretty much never the actual selling price.
