Ok. For the logo ring thing, make it red and gold instead of blue and gold. It will go better with the front. Also, add some more things to the front, like Black Doom, Eggman, and Sonic, and fade them out. Maybe get a 3D render of Shadow to place the one on the front.

Looks better. Maybe change the opacity on doom just a tad and maybe change the gold logo thing to a light/ medium shade of gray.

You have all these things that pull the styles in different directions. For starters, I think you're going for a dark and gritty look, so that red ring and ribbon are completely out of place, they give off a really bright and cheerful tone to them, and that's the opposite of what everything else is. And the faded renders at the top look really unprofessional. The Sega logo is too big, too.
