    Default Bioshock Wallpaper

Please suggest any changes. I know this wallpaper is far from being finished, but I need all the help/suggestions I can get. I want to add maybe some falling debris, as well as crushed cars/people fleeing the scene. I also need to get shadows/lighting correct, but I am not that great with things like that. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

    Best wishes,
    TitanVex

Titan38, don't be afraid to post it on the main website, apparently it's aloud now.

No, I've been telling users to post them in the art showcase subforum. However, I will talk with Reed about getting a movie/game poster section added.

Did you make it 1080p/1200p? Because the image linked is the same size as the preview...

Anyway, great work on this. It looks awesome. My one critique is that the city in the background looks kind of off- the perspective is a little strange.

Right now, it is just a WiP, so I will probably post it somewhere else once it is done!

I did make it pretty large (7680x5120). I just made it this small for quick showing.

Hopefully I will get an update in the next few days! Thanks for the positive thoughts thus far!

Why not just make it a box? Seems like it might transition well.

At first glance it looks pretty cool. But after looking at it a little longer, you can see all sorts of problems. Maybe you'll be fixing them because this is a WIP. I'll mention them to you anyway, though!

Nothing really goes together. Honestly, the blending is pretty bad. It looks like a bunch of images you got from different places just kind of faded together, rather than one entire united landscape. You need to adjust the brightness, contrast, saturation, and vibrance of each element so that they all match. Look at Big Daddy's colors and contrast and compare it to the broken down building on the left. Also, everything has a small border that you need to get rid of. Look at the brown around Big Daddy's fist. Also, like you said, the lighting is very strange. Look at the top right of the building. It's so bright despite the background being so dark. And look at Big Daddy ... He is like super bright on the side and there is no light source. Furthermore, everything is really ... fadey. Don't blend by using the eraser tool on 0 hardness and just fade things out. It makes it really hard to tell what's going on. I don't understand what is going on near Big Daddy's feet at all. No clue.

If this was touched up it could look great, though! Keep at it.

Thanks for the feedback. I will work on updating some of those things as I get closer to a final project. Right now, I still have a lot to add. This is just a small update. I still need to make the highway sign look as if it belongs (more destroyed, etc.). I am also adding people, cars, and probably some debris falling off the building. More criticism and comments would be appreciated. Than
