Upload problem

I can't upload my box cover. When I press upload, uploading is in progress and it lasts long long. When I go to my boxes I have only a blank image. Anyone knows how to fix this.
P.S. If a Moderator is reading this, could you be kind and delete the cover?

Maybe you tried to upload a .psd file? You have to export it to png (preferred) or jpg before you upload. That's all I could think of.

It's below 8MB. First time I tried I uploaded a PNG and it didn't work, then I tried to upload a JPG but it didn't work either.

So I can delete my box. Thank you, I was looking for that command everywhere. File size is OK. It's below 8MB and as far as resolution is concerned I've seen bigger, and it's definitely not small enough.

The only common variable (from what I've seen so far) is that it's only effecting new(er) members.

Could there be a new feature that stops new users from posting boxes for a certain period to stop alternate accounts and bad boxes - To make users post in WIP?

well, i'll post my box in WIP but i don't think the reason that i can't upload a box is what you said.

Having the same problem, filled out all the forms, hit upload, it takes about 10 minutes, then tells me that I must have a title. Title form is filled out, and tried several different ways (typed by hand and clicked from the download list) but still the same error.

EDITv2: Its a size issue with my second cover, but still no clue about the first one.
