Welcome to the VGBA Euro 2012 competition,

where boxartists will compete to crown their favoured countries victorious. BUT DON'T WORRY, ANYONE CAN COMPETE, NOT JUST THOSE FROM EUROPE. so help out your favourite European country by getting creative and making a great box art.

Theme - Colours

Here's how it will work, competitors will design any boxart of their choice, for a game, movie, album or anything else they choose. However, their design must share the colour scheme used by their country, so for example someone designing for England would use a red and white colour scheme. When finished, the boxart will be posted to the site using one of the tags below, and then winners will be decided by favourites. The most faved box from each country will reward the country with the number of favs the box earned, and the two countries with the most points from each group progress.

Group ideas sound cool. But they rarely work because it's hard getting everyone to work together at the same time.

Guys, just to be clear you don't need to "sign up" for a place, you can just design a box and tag it with your country as long as it fits he theme. Multiple boxes can be submitted for each country, but only the box with the most favs will reward their country with points.

Yes, you can add other colours, just as long as it's obvious what the main colour scheme is.
