Question [XBOX 360] Enforcers - WiP

    Hey guys!

    I'm new so go easy

For college (in the UK) I had to create a game box art, disc and poster artwork

I am not the best drawer, or the best photoshop'er but this is my current WiP (bear in mind all of this besides textures is my own work that I've had to create / draw / colour myself

    http://tinypic.com/r/zlouv4/6 (Blue title)

    http://tinypic.com/r/xpsi7t/6 (Yellow Title)

Any feedback at all would be appreciated! Anything from placement of the character, the title's font, colour's, anything! It would really help, thanks for you time!

    The yellow title looks better

    What's this game about?

    Thanks for replying so quickly!

Essentially it is a sci-fi shooter based in a futuristic city, it is on the brink of civil war due to the government's corruption

The player would be one of these Enforcers (Featured on the front) and can choose a path of maintaining the peace and siding with the government, or turning against the state and helping the city's population. Beyond that I'm not sure because I didn't need a detailed plot.

Is there anything you think would benefit the current design? Is the yellow text not too plain? Should I add more effects to the character? What would you suggest for the back?

The yellow in the logo could use a little texturing, just something similar to the background should be fine, though not as strong.

It's looking very good so far. I like the art.
It requires great courage to look at oneself honestly, and forge one's own path...

I'm trying to make the font have more of a textured look like

No matter what I try though, it looks faded and barely noticable, or very dark and odd looking, any tips on replicating this text?
