Yes. An exciting/attractive background behind Banjo and Kazooie would help liven this box up. Pictures on the front are clear, try to accomplish that with the back's picture as well.

I see you stole MA's idea. thats cool. But I think on the front you need to have a cloud effect instead of a gradient. would work better. also try to put wooden boards behind the logo like the original.

Better, but the microsoft logo should be more up and to the right, the Xbox logo should be up more. Also on the Xbox logo there should be more white space above the text. Oh, and the characters should be bigger and have some glow around them.
