Not really, the website just scaled down the image. He's actually in Halftone, and technique used in Traditional Comic books. I'll probably increase the size of it, so it's more noticeable.

Replace the background and the explosion along with the kirby on the right with higher res images. You can see a clear difference in resolution between the left and right characters

Again, the forum does not do this justice. Knuckle Joe, the one on the right, is in Halftone. The smaller size of it makes it seem like it's low quality. I will work more on the background and explosion, as they could be higher quality.

Why is one character half-tone and the other not?

I guess because Kirby's jumping into a comic or something. I'm not real sure why I did that.
