The only thing I care about this year is finding out whatever Forsaken Souls is. Mostly because I'm currently in a Dark Souls haze and I'm itching for another sequel (if that's even what it is).

Though I'll likely never buy one, I am slightly interested in Wii U information.

I had no idea they were streaming their roundtable and software showcase along with the conference. That's huge news, as Nintendo is usually pretty secretive about what they show at these.

I've heard discussions regarding it, and if their E3 site is anything to go by, we'll have more Nintendo info than we can handle.

Nothing in this year's E3 interests me all that much but ARMA III

Excitement. It's pretty great that both Nintendo and Sony will stream their conferences on their own websites, as the other streaming sites are often unreliable. It would be nice to see Microsoft do the same, but it shouldn't be a big deal seeing as theirs is televised on Spike. What I do wonder now though, is if Spike will air the roundtable event.

I'm pretty sure Nintendo's roundtable is exclusively through their own site, which is what I'll probably be using anyway. It all depends on the quality of the feed.

I'll only be interested if they cut the price.

Oh and if Naughty Dog stops making indiana jones rip offs and goes back to Jak and Dexter.

That's probably never going to happen. With The Last of Us likely to be a critical success, if only because ND are developing it, I'm seeing nothing much more than it and Uncharted in the developer's future.

I drool over the idea of a Sly in Infamous' engine and a Jak game in Uncharted's Engine.

So I heard from a friend that Ubisoft is going to be presenting their Wii U projects at their conference on June 4th, which means that EA is likely to do the same as well. Anyone else think that, if Nintendo is fine with other companies showing Wii U content before their own conference and grand (re)unveiling of the system, that they must have a hell of a lot of great stuff to show off already?

I need to stop hyping myself up.

We can only hope that is true. I can't imagine Nintendo not wanting to show off their major third party titles unless there are several more we don't know about or even more first party content. Either way, I look for them to have very much in terms of Wii U software unveilings.

Regardless, I'll consider Nintendo's conference a resounding success based solely on Metroid x Star Fox not being reality. That rumor disgusts me on levels unparalleled.

PlayStation partnering with 'leading cloud gaming service' at E3 2012

“Sony’s first-party effort will revolve around at least two largely unknown core products and Vita. The two titles are likely to generate a great deal of excitement. Also expect Sony to attempt to play a strong “Vita isn’t dead” card.

Big core games on the small screen will be a focus for Sony this year, but, again, expect solidity rather than megatonnage. You may well be blown away by what’s on show, but it’s doubtful you’re going to be too shocked by any of the announcements.

This could be interesting if true.

I've had mixed experiences with Onlive in the past, so I'm not sure what to think of this. Gaikai would make sense, though.

I would rather it be Steam, but I doubt that will happen.
