I think the Oblivion normal edition looks better than GOTY, and the GOTY Civilizations better than the regular. More colour, and it's quite clear what it includes (Even though the boxarts-within-the-box could be smaller.)
The COD GOTY is quite nice as well, IMO. Simple, yet shows exactly what the game is about.
Demon Sould, is that even a GOTY edition, or just a re-print? Hard to tell.

Batman is pretty terrible. I have a copy of Guilty Gear for the Xbox that's like that. It looks like a bad magazine ad.
