Designer+ Questions

This may seem like a very stupid question for some members, but I am unsure on how to add a signature to my profile. I was having trouble finding this function, Kudos to whoever helps me.

Settings > Add Signature

I've been to Settings, but Edit/Add Signature isn't showing up for me for some odd reason. It's been like this for a few hours. Is it some kind of bug maybe?

You have to make a certain number of posts, to get from Rookie to Designer+, then you'll be able to add a signature.

I noticed Ervo put a visitor message on my profile and I really wanted to reply but couldn't figure out how. Is it another post counter situation? Do I need to have a certain amount of posts?

If it's because the Designer+ situation yet again, I'd say that's pretty ridiculous.

I'm able to post visitor messages on Ervo's page, so it may very well be due to not being Designer+ yet.

It is because of the designer+ thing, I remember when I made this account to change my name I was puzzled for days because I couldn't edit my signature/post on walls. I soon figured out when my rank changed.
