Nice start, only one sugestion: make the logos (Beenox, activision and Mavel) smaller. And more colors would be great

About that, what I'm trying to do is to make the front similar the official japanese The Amazing Spider-Man poster.

The Japanese poster's background looks to have a very subtle tinge of blue. Maybe try overlaying it on really low opacity?

The Marvel logo is kind of unnecessary, and is something you could just put on the back somewhere. As for the rest, I do think the developer logos are pretty big and would probably look better white with a black stroke.
