ESRB on the front could use some sharpening, as it's kinda blurry. Other than that I like the style you are going with and would say to definitely continue it onto the back.

I think you should give the logo more breathing room. Move it farther from the edges.

Blood or No Blood?
What do you think of the back? Should I add anything else to the back or front?

I think the second one is better, but the back is pretty plain. You could shrink the screenshots and descriptions some and add a game description between the tagline and screenshots.

hmm... that would look good but i would probably need to add another screenshot. also, is there any font you recommend for this box? i'm not happy with the one i have right now

Version 2 for sure and I agree with the above, about looking a bit plain atm. and you should add a description.

The description font size under the screens looks a tad to big to me, I'd suggest to make it a bit smaller.
