All it was is that i had to change the age thingy so Id got the Teen of the internet and put it over that was an E I know it needs improving but its work in progress i am only using Sketchbook Ive done all this on the software

I don't think you quite grasp what this site is about. It's not just using images and changing one thing on it, it's about using said images (at a much higher resolution than your current one) and rearranging them to form a more aesthetically pleasing design.

What you've done is change an age-rating and nothing else. That's not the type of thing we like here, as you can see from the reactions. My advice would be check out this link and see if you think you've done enough on the box, then come back with a design of your own. Once you have the basics down, I'm certain we'll look more kindly towards you and help you along.

This is mine I've even told you how I made it and what Ive used why would I have said if I was copying I know where I got the Images from all the recourses check your self man If there is one smilier I am sorry but Ive made this my self try it your self if your not happy Ill change the front cover If you want Iam not sure about resolution of image

I know you're probably underage (judging by the complete lack of grammatical sense in your sentences), so I would suggest scrapping this project completely, getting some more experience in the GIMP program which is similar to Photoshop, but free, and then looking into the Resources section of the site found http://vgboxart.com/browse-resources/ in order to make your own original boxart rather than stealing someone else's.

I'm sorry, could you please link to the resource of the image you are referring to?
