This might be one of the greatest things to happen since 1000 Blank White Cards.

That is very awesome. Can you add a way to log in through another way besides using a social networking site?

I tried out a few games. It's pretty fun.

    Inspired by Draw Something, right?

Ummm yeah, I think it's getting so popular because it's been on Escapist and Rock Paper Shotgun, the latter getting a ton of hits:
    http://www.escapistmagazine.com/foru...32-Drawception
    http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2012...n-drawception/

I could see this becoming as big as Draw Something, but I like this much better. It could definitely use a mobile app if it becomes popular enough.

Edit: It's now on Kotaku, where they are also hoping for a mobile release

    Edit: This is getting insane:

The amount of hits this is taking in this short of time is just astounding. Congratulations Reed for the success with it, hope it all goes well for you. Wow.

Since the website is getting a lot of buzz, I would recommend putting a link or "ad" to VGBoxArt. That might generate some additional traffic to this site and maybe some new and creative designers as well.

This is amazing. I hope the server doesn't get overloaded by all the traffic. I've seen that happen to successful sites before.

I approve of this, was just thinking about it earlier. It would be cool to have consistent profiles across all of Reed's websites (Gametography, VGBA, and Drawception). Logging in with the same info and being able to "Visit this users VGBA page" or "Visit this users Drawception page" on his other sites.

Indeed, but the Drawception site is running much smoother. I only hope Reed keeps up with VGBA since Drawception is obviously going to take him places. Since it had been down all day the future of VGBA seems a little bleak at the moment.

I have no interest in this, but at least it has aided VGBA's server performance substantially.

I'm still getting sent to the old server. Occasionally it will let me log in, but the majority of the time it sends me to the old Drawception server and it says "Login Disabled" at the top, with the new server notice. Is there a fix for this?

Website works now, but I'm getting a ton of broken images on most of the games:

Edit: Have just been sent back to the old site again, idk. Something seems to be going on with redirecting still.

That's weird. I don't know what the deal is, but it's probably something with your ISP. Usually it should work itself out over a day or two.

A bit OT, but is this why I couldn't get into VGBA for two days? I kept getting a "Server too busy" error. Just curious.

I'm guessing Drawception uses the same servers VGBA uses. Too much traffic caused VGBA to sit and pout in the timeout chair because Drawception was hogging all of the attention.

Reed then said to VGBA: "Don't be such a baby, VGBA, I'll expand the servers for you so you can play with your friends again!"

    And then VGBA rejoiced.

I would think so, AT&T isn't exactly the most reliable ISP to put it lightly. But it does seem to be working alright now, everything is going smoothly and all images are working. No more issues with being redirected to the other server either.

Yeah that's why. Reed has since moved Drawception to another server, solving slowness on both sites.

Thanks for the clarification. I had a suspicion, but patiently waited it out. I assume others had the same issue.
